- During the checkout process, shipping charges are displayed before an order is confirmed. The shipping charges include a handling fee.
- Established and Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.
- If the package is returned to sender a reshipping fee will apply. If the product is returned, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your order was shipped and never delivered, please contact the postal service you selected at check out with your tracking number.
We accept returns as long as your product is in new condition with tags. We offer store credit for the purchase price, not including shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Other returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
